If you are having trouble viewing the updates to the web site, clearing your browser history may help. Your computer may be retreiving old versions of the web site in its memory.  By clearing the browser history your computer will access the most edition of the web site. 

Web browser instructions may also be found under the ’Tools’ settings on your menu bar.  Click on Tools, then click on Safety.
